1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 44kb platform and all its services. By accessing the 44kb website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To use services on 44kb, you must create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one 44kb account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts will be suspended immediately.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 44kb support immediately.

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
  • If you log in on a public device, always log out when the session ends.
  • Report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use 44kb's services:

  • You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
  • You must participate entirely of your own free will and by your own decision.
  • You must be mentally capable and able to exercise sound judgment.
  • You must not be employed in any profession where participation in online gaming is prohibited.
Age Verification: 44kb may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued document to verify your age. Failure to verify will result in account suspension, and any deposited funds will be returned, but bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 44kb is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Our accepted payment methods are:

  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet

Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits through a third party are not accepted and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.

KYC Verification: Before processing a withdrawal, 44kb may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Completing verification promptly will speed up the withdrawal process.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. Under no circumstances does 44kb store or share your full payment method details with any third party.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

44kb offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total ৳13,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = you must wager ৳15,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds.

Please note: The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may be used only once per account.
  • After receiving a bonus, the deposit cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Bonus funds can be used to play all available games, though certain games may have restrictions on their bonus contribution.
  • 44kb reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

5.4 VIP Program

44kb has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers are upgraded based on regular play, and each tier has a different weekly cashback rate:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is calculated separately and its own terms apply.

6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

44kb operates under a fair play policy. All our games are developed by certified software providers and run through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is completely unbiased and unpredictable.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error or system failure, 44kb reserves the right to void that round and return the wager. 44kb also reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings generated as a result of a technical error.

6.3 Game Rules

  • Each game has its own rules, which should be read before play begins.
  • Software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI each have their own rules for operating their games.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • In sports betting, the outcome of a wager will be determined according to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kb platform:

  • Any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest play.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
  • Secret collusion or syndication with other users.
  • Using another user's account.
  • Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
  • Exploiting any platform bug or vulnerability for personal gain.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are discovered, the account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 44kb

44kb may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Registration using false or incomplete information.
  • Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
  • Compliance with a legal order or regulatory directive.
  • Failure to pass age verification.

8.2 Closure Request by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contacting the support team will initiate the process. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, but any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

As part of responsible gaming, 44kb offers a self-exclusion feature. If you wish, you can restrict your own access to the platform for a set period of time or permanently.
